The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh, but I was disappointed with the customer service. The phone number listed doesn’t work, making it impossible to reach anyone. I made a typo in my friend’s last name while placing the order and had no way to correct it. It’s frustrating not being able to contact the shop directly to fix such a simple issue. ---- Florist's Response: Hi [Customer's Name], Thank you so much for your honest feedback.
