Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, Fleurette D’amour  does not accept returns for any of our products because we are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us 24hrs before the scheduled delivery. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 10 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to fleurettedamour@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. You can contact us  if you have any any questions, comments, and concerns, and a design specialist will do everything possible to help..
